NLe asked 5 months ago. My actifry 2 in 1 doesn’t work . All lights on display ok and no error message. After pressing start it makes the usual noise but then stops before it turns the paddle. I have ordered a replacement motor but the issue is the same after replacing.

The Actifry bowl / pan has a large “seam” on it, where the handle is affixed to the pan. This handle seam has an important function: it causes food to flip over when the paddle guides food up against it.
